Shift Motorsports is not a lender. All financing is provided by third-party financial institutions and is subject to approval.

All units are subject to prior sale and availability may change without notice.

4. Financing Disclaimer
All financing applications are subject to approval by third-party lenders.
Approval, interest rates, terms, and conditions are determined solely by the lender.
Shift Motorsports does not guarantee approval or specific financing terms.

5. Customer Responsibility

Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of financing or cancellation of transactions.

6. Deposits & Payments
Deposits may be required to reserve a unit. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits are non-refundable once a unit has been removed from active marketing or reserved.
Refund exceptions, if any, will be at the sole discretion of Shift Motorsports or as outlined in a separate written agreement.

7. Consignment & Third-Party Sales
Shift Motorsports may advertise and market vehicles on behalf of third-party sellers.
Shift Motorsports does not own all units listed and is not responsible for the condition, accuracy, or representations made by the seller.
Buyers are responsible for verifying the condition and details of any unit prior to purchase.

8. Condition of Units
All vehicles are sold on an “as-is” basis unless otherwise stated in writing.
Shift Motorsports does not provide warranties on consigned or third-party units.
Buyers are responsible for inspecting and verifying the condition of any unit prior to purchase.

9. Consignment Disclaimer
Shift Motorsports provides marketing and advertising services for consigned units but does not guarantee the sale of any vehicle within a specific timeframe or at a specific price.

10. Limitation of Liability
Shift Motorsports shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, services, or any transactions between buyers, sellers, and third-party lenders.

11. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party providers, including lenders, payment processors, and delivery partners.
